Hi, I’m Drew Morrison, a registered social worker and psychotherapist with over 18 years of experience helping adolescents, adults, and families through life’s toughest moments. Whether you’re overwhelmed by anxiety, facing a major life transition, or struggling with relationship stress, I’m here to guide you toward healing and self-discovery.

Why Work With Me?

I know reaching out for support isn’t easy—especially when you feel misunderstood. My focus is on providing compassionate, collaborative support, empowering you to reach your goals.

With nearly two decades of experience in schools and community mental health settings, I understand the unique challenges people face at different stages of life. Whether you’re a teen dealing with school stress, a parent feeling overwhelmed, or an adult balancing relationships and career, I’m here to help you not just cope, but thrive.

My Approach to Therapy

At Drew Morrison Counselling & Consulting, therapy is tailored to your needs. I use an integrative approach, drawing from evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Positive Psychology, and Narrative Therapy.

Together, we’ll create a supportive, person-centred environment where your voice is always heard. I’ll help you identify patterns in your thoughts and behaviours, build emotional resilience, and improve communication skills—whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, low self-esteem, relationship problems or substance use challenges.

My goal is to provide a space where you can express yourself freely.
